When should I see a therapist?
  • My anxiety or stress negatively affects my daily life.

  • My inner critic and low self-esteem is stoping me from succeeding in life.

  • I feel unhappy, stuck or scared in a relationship.

  • I feel lost and confused about where my life or career is heading.

  • There is no meaning in life and I am hopeless.

Therapeutic agreements
  1. Therapy sessions take 50 mins, once a week

  2. Everything stays confidential between a psychologist and a client except when there is evident danger to others or to the client themselves.

  3. A client volunteerily agrees how much to share about themselves, there is no pressure to say anything.

  4. It is best to think of a goal to reach in therapy as its point is to encourage change and improvement in life.
